OVERVIEW
As the fastest growing discipline of cycling, Enduro is all about skills, speed, and fun—it can be as laid back or competitive as each individual rider chooses to make it.
As Enduro grows, more and more mountain bike trails are being designed with lines and features to thoroughly test a rider's complete skillset. At this camp, we provide all riders with the tools necessary to improve their skills and build confidence on the bike, which will lead to more enjoyable, safer, and more efficient riding.
Fitness and endurance are required to safely and enjoyably participate in the sport. We ride multiple hours each day of camp, and our coaches address ways to build your fitness during rides and in evening seminars.
To teach everyone these skill and lessons, we have two Enduro pros—Harlan Price and Sue Haywood—coaching during the camp. Harlan and Sue teach skills, give pointers during rides, and share their impressive depth of knowledge daily.
As an Enduro Camp, we ride more challenging and technical trails around the state of Virginia. All campers must be at an upper-intermediate to advanced level on the mountain bike to attend.
Full-face helmets and full-suspension mountain bikes are strongly recommended. A comprehensive Information Packet with a full list of recommended gear to bring will be emailed to all registrants 2-3 weeks before camp begins
