OVERVIEW

By August, many cyclists have their sights set on the fast-approaching cyclocross season! With a packed schedule of high-level races beginning in September, this is the time to hone your skills and prepare for upcoming events. Throughout this week, camp attendees will work on skills ranging from starts and cornering to barriers and run ups with some of the Southeast's most experienced and accomplished cyclocross racers.

After drop-off at South Germantown Recreational Park each morning, instructors will lead unique mountain bike skills drills, and then the trail riding begins! We will ride new trials some days while focusing on specific skills, and then revisit certain trails throughout the week to see just how much we've advanced and the progress everyone has made. We will stop to hydrate and stay fueled up as needed throughout the day, and take a good break for lunch.

Nothing confirms you have mastered a skill like performing it in competition. To that end, and as a final confirmation of progress, the week will end with campers-only race on a challenging course at South Germantown Recreation park! Guest camp coaches will be announced soon!

Food:

We provide simple lunch foods such as peanut butter and jelly, fruit, chips, and drinks, and we encourage campers to bring their own, non-perishable, lunches if they'd like something different. We also provide plenty of fluids, ride food, and snacks.
